The Puppet Patch

Puppet Patch is changed once each week

This is Larry LivingGood, your Jerusalem Journalist. I'm standing on a

little patch of not so dry land. I must add that this is the only patch

of land that is not underwater right now. I'm reporting from the very

top of Mount Ararat. Here beside me is a really big boat. Some would

call it an ark. It was built by a man named Noah. He built it to avoid

the flood that came to destroy the entire earth. God sent the flood to

wipe out all the bad people of the world. Noah and his family were the

only good people left and God wanted to start the world over. So he had

Noah build the ark and save two of all the animals so they would be here

when the world dried up again. The doors of the ark are about to open

and the animals and people are all going to come out to a new and clean

world. That's about to happen very soon here, but that's not why we are

here. If you look up right now you will see the reason we've come to

this place. That colorful thing in the clouds is called a "rainbow".

That's the first one ever. It means that God promises never to flood

the world again and wipe out all the people. God will protect us from

that kind of thing. Well, this has been Larry LivingGood. We now

return you to your regularly scheduled video game.
